Double Chocolate Protein ice cream with chocolate protein cake

Double Chocolate Protein icecream with chocolate protein cake Man this is good, creamy, delicious, and cold for these hot summer days.

So this is kinda like cookies and cream except with cake. And no cream. So I guess it's not really like it at all but its the closet way to describe it haha.

Icecream Ingredients 1 tray of ice cubes (or freeze almond milk for a creamier icecream) 1 scoop chocolate protein powder 3 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup 1 tsp cocoa 1 tsp guar gum

Protein cake ingredients 1 scoop of chocolate protein 2 tbsp maple syrup sugarfree 2-3 tbsp almond milk unsweetened 1 tsp cocoa powder 1/4 tsp baking soda

Directions Mix protein cake ingredients togeather in a mug. Microwave your protein cake for 30 to 45 sec. Let it cool in the mug.

Now this is important... in a blender or food processor crush the ice to a fine powder. You want it a fine as possible otherwise you'll get chunks of ice in your ice cream.

Now comes the easy part, just add all other ingredients and blend or mix together for 3-4min.

If the ice cream is too runny then add a little more guar gum. Or if its too thick add more liquid.

Scoop half the icecream into a small tray then place chunks of your protein cake on the layer. Scoop the rest of your icecream to cover cake.

You can eat now or freeze for later. I recommend freezing it for at least an hour first though.
