Directions Mix ingredients together and press into a small cake tin. Bake for 10min at 160 celsius Let cool in the cake tin.
Filling Nutivia Spread over cooled tart base and refrigerate for 30min. Keep the base in the cake tin.
Mousse Ingredients 1 ripe avocado ½ cup water or almond milk 2 tbsp liquid sweetener ¾ cup nut butter ¾ cup chocolate protein (I used Musclepharm) 2 tbsp raw cocoa powder Directions Blend ingredients together then pour on the tart base (should still be in cake tin) Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
