Protein Pancakes & Cream Cheese Icing
Only 5 ingredients needed for these delicious pancakes.
Single serve recipe
Pancake Recipe 1 banana (med to large) Pinch baking soda 1 1/2 scoops of protein powder (I used @prosupps vanilla) 2 Tbsp liquid sweetener ( I used Queen maple syrup) 2 Tbsp unsweetened Almond milk
Icing 2 Tbsp lite cream cheese 1 Tbsp @natvianaturalsweetener icing 1 tsp Unsweetened Almond milk
Simple blend all ingredients togeather and fry on a non stick pan.
**I also added peanut butter in a few pancakes and sugar free choc chips in others. (See in pic) You can also add instant oats or almond flour etc.
Just keep the mixture fairly thick but still able to pour from your mixing bowl.
Serve with your choice of fruit and some more Queen maple syrup. #yum
