Peanut Butter and Jelly Slice

Peanut Butter and Jelly Slice. Classic combination that you can't really go wrong with. Heading to Martinbrough for the weekend so wanted a few healthy treats to take away.

Base 1 cup Oats 1 ½ cup nuts (I used Hazelnuts and Almonds) 4 Tbsp Maple Syrup (sugar-free) 1 cup of dates

Directions Blend ingredients together in a food processor.

Line a baking tin 8x8 with baking paper

press the mixture into the tin

*optional* You can bake it for 15 - 20 min at 160 C. But this is not a requirment


2-3 Tbsp Pics Peanut Butter


Line a small baking tray with wrap or baking paper. Press the base into the tray. Then spread on your Peanut Butter on the base.

Then add your Jelly and leave it to set in the freezer for an hour.

Can also drizzle sugar-free chocolate over the top before serving.

Jelly 1 cup mashed berries (I used Rock Melon though which is quite watery) 2-3 Tbsp Maple Syrup (sugar-free) 5 Tbsp shredded coconut (can use chia seeds as well)

Directions Mix together and spread over top

Let it set in fridge for 2-3 hours
