Healthy Peach Crumble


Here's a classic dessert made healthy. High protein, low carb, gluten free, Keto, and vegan. Did I miss anything out??

Obviously, the macros change with serving size so if you're doing Keto be aware that there is carbs in peaches and the sugar-free maple syrup.

I made a base for the crumble because that's what I like but its optional and can be baked without.

Base Ingredients 100g proteinbreadco bread mix 50g Vanilla protein Musclepharm 2 tbsp Queen maple syrup 2 tbsp granulated sweetener 1-2 tbsp almond milk (or water)

Filling Watties lite peaches

Crumple topping

100g proteinbreadco bread mix 50g Vanilla protein Musclepharm 2 tbsp Queen maple syrup 2 tbsp granulated sweetener 1-2 tbsp almond milk (or water) 2 tbsp picspeanutbutter

Preparation Line a 8x8 baking tray with baking paper Pre-heat oven to 170c

Base directions Mix ingredients togeather well. The mixture should be quite sticky. Now press into the baking dish evenly, it helps to use another piece of baking paper to do this so it won't stick to your hands.

Filling Directions Spread the peaches out onto the base evenly.

Crumble directions Mix ingredients togeather well exactly like you did work the base. Include the @picspeanutbutter in this mix. Once the mixture is ready break off small bits and sprinkle over top of the peaches.

Bake for 30min Best served hot.
