No bake salted caramel bites, these are seriously good. No bake means just that, not baking required. Just mix the ingredients together, roll into balls and chill. Easy as.
What's cool about this recipe is you can change it a lot. Add some sugar-free choc chips or leave out the dates. Also, using different flavored protein powders like vanilla and combining more cinnamon and adding ginger would be like little ginger balls. How good would that be???
