Protein Cake stuffed with a MyCookie 😋😋

So I thought what's better than cakes and cookies. Well, how about a cookie cake? For this, I used the amazing The Protein Bread Co. muffin mix to make the cake.

Then I used the ProSupps MyCookie. I think the Peanut or Choc Chip Cookies are the best in the cake.

Chuck in some blueberries and vanilla protein powder from Muscle Pharm and you've got yourself a delicious protein packed cake.

Muffin Ingredients

90g Protein Muffin Mix

100 ml of Almond milk (can also use cow, soy, water etc)

1 whole large egg or 50 ml egg whites

1 large banana's mashed

1/2 TBSP Natvia Sweetener

1 Scoops vanilla protein powder

1/2 Cup of Blueberries


1 MyCookie (choc chip or peanut ones work the best)

Muffin Preparation

Preheat a fan forced oven to 170°C and lightly grease a small cake tin (11cm or 4.5inch diameter)

Empty contents of the muffin pack into a large bowl along with all your dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, banana, and maple syrup.

Pour this wet mix into the dry muffin mix and gently fold until just combined, then add the sugar-free chocolate chips and fold through once more.

Adding the filling

Using a spoon, half fill the cake tin.

Then place your MyCookie on top.

Cover the MYcookie with more muffin mix.

Place on the top shelf of your preheated oven, and bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown on top.

After baking remove tin from oven and place cooling rack.


Cake must be stored in the fridge (1-4°C) for up to 5 days or the freezer (-18°C) in freezer bags for up to 3 months.
