No baking required for this recipe but I would recommend tempering your chocolate so it stays hard at room temperature. Tempuring chocolate is fairly easy, basically you melt 2/3 of your sugar-free chocolate in the microwave for 45 seconds. Take out and add the rest of the chocolate and mix. DO NOT HEAT AGAIN! The rest of the chocolate will melt and once cooled it will stay hard even at room temperature.
