Double Choc Protein Cookies


These chocolate cookies are soft and delicious and easy to bake at home.

Made with LovePBCO cookie mix means these cookies are gluten-free, sugar-free, low-carb. So cookies without the guilt!

Cookie Ingredients:

  1. Contents of LovePBCO cookie pack

  2. 100g (2/3 cup) dark chocolate chips

  3. 100g Lite Cream Cheese

  4. 70g (1/3 cup) butter, melted, or coconut oil

  5. 100g melted dark chocolate

  6. 125ml (½ cup) milk of choice

  7. 1 TBSP Cocoa Powder

  8. 50ml Queen Sugar-Free Maple Syrup

PREPARE – Preheat a fan-forced oven to 160°C and line a flat tray with baking paper.

MIX – Place all dry ingredients into a large bowl and combine. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter/oil, melted chocolate, sugar-free maple syrup and Lite Cream Cheese. Pour wet ingredients into the dry mix and combine well. Cookie mixture will be sticky so use wet hands to roll into balls.

ROLL – Take a tablespoon of mix, and using your hands roll into a ball, then flatten and shape the edges. Place on baking tray. Repeat process for all remaining cookies.

BAKE – Place cookies in preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and transfer cookies to a cooling rack.

STORAGE – Cookies must be stored in the fridge (1-4°C ) for up to 5 days, or freezer (-18°C ) for up to 3 months.
